Every time Ukraine/Nato crosses a Russian redline Putin responds with massive missile barrage of infrastructure, training barracks, military brass homes, etc. All things Russia does not attack regularly. Putin doesn't bluff, I would bet on a major response attack against Ukraine infrastructure, perhaps targeting embassies and military training facilities where NATO forces are present.
