If Noori loses the bet and is still alive, he will have to foot the $1,000 food bill. If he wins, then he has to contribute $500 towards his feast.

    interesting tidbit:

either way this guy is buying $500 of mcd's

so this guy makes a bet where if he wins he has to pay for half the food? did I miss something in that article because that's literally the last sentence in it.

Regular-sliced bacon is .062 inches thick (1/16 inch)

Thin-sliced bacon is .031 inches thick (1/32 inch) with.
    28 - 32 slices per pound.

mickey bacon is prolly .015 with 40-50 slices per pound. somebody do the math here. eating a lot is starting to look possible
another thing working in his favor is he above figures might be "uncooked" numbers. as you know the more you cook bacon the more he fat disappears. you could be looking at the bacon magician

.31 and 30 slices per pound seems much more accurate. Their bacon is pretty much the same thickness as any you would buy in the store.

i googled and got .5 oz cooked but real talk that seems super heavy, id say .31 is closer to true than not.

Remember Super Size Me? Morgan Spurlock ate nothing but McDonald's for a month. Spreading the $1,000 over that month would mean spending $33.33/day, which is roughly three good sized meals at McDonald's. Obviously the calculation is very rough and NYC (where Spurlock was) is more expensive, but think about that: he's going to eat in 36 hours the amount of McDonald's that Spurlock ate in a MONTH.

He must have found a real nitty Mcdonalds that charges for sauce. If he finds a place that will ding him 25 cents per sweet and sour and he's dipping his apples in there and figuring out other horribly disgusting and expensive concoctions he can kill two birds with one stone because I don't care who you are if you order your pancakes and drench em with tartar and bigmac sauce you are gonna puke. And if you really keep all that down hit yourself up with a caramel sundae for desert and add four or five creamy ranch shooters. After he's done crying in the parking lot re enter.

    1. Puke Sauce.

    2. Scout out locations with tight ass owners and stickler managers that give nothing free.

    3. Be a huge fucking douche when ordering.

Even with all that this is one of those things where I'd bet on the guy to do it if he has 10K plus of his own money riding on it and bet against him if he doesn't. (Assuming 10K is a big deal to him)

Maybe he can Brewsters Millions his way into this and buy some of this as a collector for $9,995 and buy a $5 20 piece McNuggets.

does it matter where the McDonalds is, because there are some McDonalds in certain parts of the US, who have some unique/local menu items. Canada had some that served Pizza. Some in the US served Lobster rolls (which were around $8)

    Just deleted some junk posts.

This is an interesting thread. Let's try not to ruin it, guys.

I am on the fence whether this can be done or not. Whenever people make prop bets over seemingly impossible tasks, the edge usually goes to the one betting YES, as there is often an angle that the NO side hasn't thought about.

So yeah, the apple slices combined with the bacon is a big OUT here. The bet should have involved less opportunity for angling by setting more minimums and maximums which can be spent on single items. Add-ons should also have been either limited or outlawed.

Honestly this bet would be a lot more interesting if it were more straightforward. The fact that there are so many attempts to explore possible angles cheapens the whole thing.

Also, I banned gare bear from the thread.

Probably should buy the stuff in this graph that has the longest line, i.e. after salads (which of course he should max out), it's going to be a lot of Premium Grilled Chicken mcwraps. I don't know if he has a shot still, tho...

It's not only the calories though. The salad has more fiber than the other items, and more water, both of which will fill him up.

calories are a wildly irrelevant metric here.
