Very nice, keep at it and maybe you can drop a few years off your Harvard Reflex test score.

im happy that you are happy that you have lost 20 lbs from your peak weight of 361lbs
but imo, you should have lost weight at a much faster rate. I have had clients in a similar state to you...yeh they were fat fucks too, and they were losing on average 2-3 lbs a week and all they did was cut out all the rubbish they ate and soda and incorporated some cardio
i dont want to troll you as you seem like a nice jolly guy, unlike the other fat dude with a similar thread, who is not jolly at all
at least you update your thread
[QUOTE=fluffer;147149]oh I completely agree, I could have easily lost a lot more by now, sometimes I have the mindset to do everything right other times I eat like a slob, right now I am dialed in
in other news I took a nice long hike today @ a wildlife refuge, here are some photos
bunch of frogs mating

pretty sure this was a school of carp mating

*giggling*
down 38 lbs since thread started
China, maybe you have already addressed this, but how many calories are you consuming daily? I know when I was trying to lose weight cutting my calorie intake to 1500 calories daily was the key. It was hard at first but I got used to it. A quality Whey protein will help you out too. The Whey protein shakes taste really good and are a great substitute for a snack.
