Was Micon arrested or were charges made? Sounds like the just seized his equipment. Doubt he would be able to sneak out of the USA.

It was a little bit weird, but I think him leaving the country so quickly probably took them by surprise.
They probably planned to seize his equipment, go through everything, and file charges later.
It's very possible that they were looking for evidence that he actually owned part of Seals, rather than just being an employee promoting it. They may not have had enough to charge him prior to the seizures.
He wasn't arrested, so I don't believe they could have legally prevented him from leaving the country without filing some kinds of charges against him.
On a side note, we now know why Stealthmunk wiped his Twitter clean on February 11.
Exactly. Given the nature of the alleged crime, I am surprised they didnt charge him. He essentially got a pass as long as he stays abroad. Also this is assuming he actually gets charged. Either way, it was a good play on his part to leave and view everything that happens from a distance.
However, he needs to stop these new videos which are basically taunting the US government. Shut it all down and be happy you made it to the island you are at. Find a new business to get into and lay low.

This is standard until they can get a judge to sign off on an arrest warrant. And even if they didn't expect him to go to Antigua if they really want him he has done nothing for Antigua for them to advocate for him staying. Never pay a tax, non citizen etc. Its really just procedural probably.
You're just pissed they didn't put him in a smock.
micon needed to be smoking his pipe in the storytime video imo
Is it possible that they weren't really serious about charging him with anything?
Perhaps these agents were sent at the request of the legal NV sites, who were just looking to take out the competition.
This might explain why they didn't prepare adequately for the possibility of him fleeing the US so quickly.
Will be interesting. Sure, Micon ain't done anything for Antigua per se, yet. However, he may be able to get himself made into a "good guy patron saint" in the eyes of Antiguans ---- remember Antigua won that Internet gambling case in their WTO dispute with the US govvy, but the USA chose to ignore the WTO's ruling. Not too sure I see Antigua just cooperating with an extradition request, frankly, just out of Caribbean machismo spite.
