Now if her parents put her in a private school it seems like an appropriate gesture to continue to pay for it until she graduates AND it even builds a case more strongly for them that they do love her to have payed all along for her to be enrolled in private education. As for keeping her car that they paid for it sort of depends on whose name is on the title. If the girl alone is then the court will probably award her the car outright. Other compensation is lol but lawyers are weasels so she may get something in that aspect as well even though I don't think it's right.

Knowing that her dad was an ex police chief makes it more clear what happened.
Dad don't like the path his daughter is going and lays down some ground rules for living at home which daughter don't like in her rebellious stage of life she is going through. Daughter probably gets in trouble a few times and Dad then really gets serious with her which the argument gets heated and daughter moves out on he own. Diluted daughter looks for a reason to get back at her dad and realizes she can't make it on her own so she files the lawsuit. Mom really has no relevance since she is just a coattail rider of her husband and stands by whatever course of action he chooses to take with their daughter.
I could see the court system saying her parents still having to pay if they had her enrolled in private school until she graduates but for college it's like: "Sorry bitch! You made your bed so go lay in it."

I think the evidence is pretty much empirical at this point though for the latter. I consider my ability to spot whores, even if through video and picture, with a remarkable success rate to be a gift.
