The picture stayed up for several hours. It also wasn't my son. He wasn't born yet when that picture was taken. It was another picture of a niece.
Unlike the infamous "sandwich" picture, this one clearly showed the baby's face and entire body. There were two versions of the same picture photoshopped.
The first version was the actual picture, but the logo of BRAZZERS was put right below the baby. BRAZZERS is a well-known internet porn site, so the joke (if you can call it that) was that this newborn baby was advertising porn. Hilarious.
The second version was the baby photoshopped into a seal-clubbing picture, with the baby replaced where the seal used to be. This was obviously a play on Micon's association with Seals with Clubs.
Someone texted me about this within about 2 minutes of it being posted. If I had the access (which Micon contractually agreed to give me for 5 years) to move it to the admin area, it would have been quickly removed from view. Unfortunately, since Micon removed this access (and bragged about doing so publicly), it stayed for several hours until wrenchjockey happened upon it, and moved it himself.
As GAMBLE said, this is EXACTLY why the term of me having access to move posts was written into the contract, and why I sold Micon my part of the site for a huge discount in exchange for that access. Also keep in mind that I had this access for 6 months, moved 1 post during the entire time, and that one post was allowed to be moved by the terms of the contract. So it's not like I ever abused anything.
Micon is willfully violating the contract and is in fact publicly flaunting that he's doing so.
I just don't understand why he cries about sponsors leaving him when he acts this way.
Bukowski asked me in DD chat that rumors are swirling that I made the seals shop. I don't know if he was busting my balls or if those rumors actually exist, but I would like to say for the record that I absolutely did not make the photo shop. I can't remember the last photo editing I did, but it was years ago.
Micon is saying on radio that he doesn't believe that the contract is valid and he doesn't have to adhere by it.
lmao. China has Micon on hella monkey tilt.
He asked Micon why he signed a document if he didn't feel it was valid.
Micon literally got angry and started saying, "Who gives a fuck? If i feel it's null and void, who gives a fuck if i signed it, didn't sign it, shit on it or what?"
China says, "Why would you sign it then?"
Micon is talking to himself at this point and can't get a good answer out except that Druff is vindictive and he will do what he wants.
LMAO!!!!
God Micon you're such a worthless scamming piece of shit.
I was always under the impression that if 2 people agree and willfully sign a notarized document then it is a valid contract.
Micon disagrees and says it is invalid and I would guess they will most likely meet in court
It is either valid or it isnt. If it isnt valid (which is 99.9999 horseshit) then druff can return the money and get his percentage of DD back.
Micon would have been better off saying Druff breached the agreement. That at least would have been a more believable lie even if it had no merit.
But I guess if he said that he would have had to say what the breach was which would be hard to BS through.
Did Micon pay Druff?
Thanks to China for calling and asking about this stuff. Micon embarrassed himself and made himself look really guilty (which he is).
Cmoney is correct that Micon can't pick and choose the parts of the contract he wants to keep. If the contract is invalid (which it isn't), the sale is invalid, too. If the sale is valid, then Micon has to agree with the stuff in the contract.
My favorite part was when China asked, "What has Druff lied about?" after Micon insisted that I was lying about so many things with this situation.
"UMMM.... UMMM.... UMMM..."
And he never came up with a single thing. That's because I've been telling the truth.
How crazy would it be if this was 1 of those "fake beefs" that's commonly used in hip hop/rap. It'd be pretty crazy if Druff and Micon's war was completely fake.
