UC student driver wasn't paying attention and a minor rear-fender bender ensued
kid was driving the school issued van and was on his way back with his row team (obv kid didn't have his eyes on the road)
Nothing special. took down the info and made the call to the school claims office.

I said the car engine light came on shortly afterwards and that I had a sore neck.
They asked if I had called the police or ambulance. I stated that I needed to make
a meeting and was running late because of the accident.

Hopefully I left a few outs to pull some needed work on my car and some chiro.

have any of you made good in minor situations like this?

This is why insurance premiums are at a all time high. And people are purposfuly getting in accidents, its like winning a lottery.
Some people here are being investigated for intentionally getting in accidents so they can cass in and sit on there fat asses not working.
