I have no battery issues on my 4s, but every once in a while the screen goes really big, so you cant do anything, but shut it off. Its not a big deal, but when your getting a call and you have to turn your phone off and not answer it that sucks. Anyone else with this issue?
I would love to know what earth the Apple fanatics live on making statements like this.
It is just another smartphone, it isn't 2007 anymore. There are plenty of phones that are not only comparable but superior in a lot of ways out there right now, and it has been that way for a while.
You will keep coming back though, and that is exactly why Apple doesn't give a fuck because they know it.
My 4s battery is better than my pos blackberry, I try and use wifi whenever available and basically shut down any push notification besides what I consider the essentials. I always check to make sure I have all programs turned off before I lock the phone but basically the phone will go a full day off a nights charge. I do toss it on the charge whenever possible just to completely eliminate any possible problems.
I use the phone pretty regularly though, lots of web browsing, facebooking and twitter. I play mainly words, matching and hanging so I guess I don't sit down and nerd out on the gaming so much. Oh BTW TeamStream, gotta have it and allow push notifications 100% for that.
Real talk my blackberry could barely handle 7 hours of random texting/espn browsing, fucking pathetic.

Does replacing the battery fix the problem? When I first got the Galaxy S2, it didn't last through the whole work day and I had to turn all of those optional features off. Some of the software upgrades they've done have improved power managements and made the battery last longer. But it doesn't really matter because I can go from having a completely dead battery to having a full one in 60 seconds. Steve Jobs refused to have a removable battery because he didn't want a line on his pristine iPhone case for the door. Batteries for the Galaxy S2 are 12 bucks. I just bought another one. I have 4 or 5, but most are knock offs that suck. You can buy two packs with a wall charger, but they can be fine or shit. I've gotten 3 sets of those and only one was really good. The Samsung ones have come down in price, so it's better to just buy those and a 2 dollar charger.

I have a 4S.
Battery life sucks.
I have a wireless charger (basically a big case that doubles as a backup battery with like 3-4 charges in it). Got it years ago for $35.
Other than that, I am happy with the 4S, except I do find that it gets sluggish if you have too many things open and memory gets low.
Mine is jailbroken, so it's easy for me to see free memory and terminate programs I don't need.
I also have free tethering through the jailbreak, which is very useful at times (especially when traveling).
lol iPhone
I have a 5 and have had no issues but I havent turned the thing off for hours to check.
I have a 4. I have no issue with the battery, but I have noticed that randomly during the day the 3G network will get super slow to the point of unusability for hours at a time. I guess this is a AT&T issue, and not an Apple one, but I suspect my bandwith is being cut off during peak hours. I have a grandfathered unlimited plan, which I know AT&T hates, and is trying to get people off of, so I wouldn't put it above them.
Anyone know if AT&T has started doing this?
My 4s is fantastic - no battery issues or any other kinds of issues. Full charge lasts all day and all night.
I have had problems with my 4s. I finally disabled Siri and now my battery lasts the whole day.
