Brookfield police say three were killed and four injured in a shooting at the Azana Salon & Spa late Sunday morning, October 21st. Police are seeking a suspected gunman whom they have identified as 45-year-old Radcliffe Haughton of Brown Deer.
Police have asked people to call (262) 787-3701 with any information that may help them in this case.
Police have said Haughton was reportedly wearing a gray sweater and blue jeans at the time of the shooting — and carrying a black and white backpack.
Haughton is reportedly the estranged husband of one of the hair stylists at the spa. The Brookfield Patch reports an Azana employee who spoke to Patch said the woman’s estranged husband was out of work and his wife was working every day to bring in money to pay the bills. However, she recently decided to leave him, and that’s when the problems started. An Azana employee told the Patch the two have two daughters, ages 12 and 21.
Police have said the suspect’s vehicle — a black 2003 Mazda Protege, with license number 171-KZD was located, but not in Brookfield. The location where the vehicle was found was not disclosed by officials.
Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of the suspect is asked to call police immediately via the number listed above.
Police have said they are still searching portions of the Azana Salon & Spa as of 3:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon. Brookfield Police Chief Dan Tushaus said an IED, or improvised explosive device was identified in the building — which hampered the clearing of the building.

Hospital security, Wauwatosa police and Milwaukee County Sheriff’s officials are patrolling the hospital grounds.
FOX6 News is told none of the four victims that have arrived at Froedtert are in critical condition, though the extent of their injuries is unknown at this time. The age and gender of the victims is also unknown at this time — as is whether there were any fatalities at the scene.
The Brookfield Patch has reported one of those injured is pregnant. She reportedly suffered non life threatening injuries, according to the Patch.
Brookfield Square Mall across the street was on lockdown following the shooting, but according to the Brookfield Patch, around 1:20 p.m. people were allowed to leave the mall.

He was in court less than 2 weeks ago for a domestic abuse charge + restraining order.
This pic was on his Google+ account, although I don't know how recent it is:
Yeah, definitely no warning signs of a psycho here!
And to add, it's a good thing the shooting location was another "gun free zone"! Nothing can happen there!
Good grief, When are people going to wake up and realize that criminals don't pay attention to "no weapons allowed" signs...meanwhile, people who LEGALLY carry a weapon will follow the law and pay attention to the sign which renders them unarmed...and unable to potentially thwart an attack.
