All Minneapolis’ fault. If they had been tough on this from the beginning word wouldn’t have gotten out that there’s free shit to be had. One of those first nights the cops just went home completely and the country was watching.

The guy who made this tweet does not correctly describe what the truck driver was “trying” to do, as he rapidly slowed the truck to a complete stop before killing someone. If that truck driver meant to run people over with his truck, he would not have slowed down, which he clearly did. I used this tweet merely for the video clip from a local news station as if covering the incident live.
But some protesters swarmed the truck and got to driver before the police could get there.
