As they say, one a day keeps the doctor away. My favorite is a honeycrisp. This weekend at the market they had a new variety I havent heard of before called Envy, supposedly a cross between a honeycrisp and a pink lady. I bought alot of them since they were .99 a pound. Not bad, would say meat is more mealy than a honeycrisp. For tart I like a grannysmith. I share my apples with the pups.
