Anthony Wrobel, 42, was a Venetian employee. He showed up to a company picnic and shot a man and woman while they sat at a table.

The woman died, while the man is in critical condition.

Inside sources tell me that Wrobel was a dealer at one of the pit games. It's unclear why he shot these two people, other than the fact that they were specifically targeted.

One of the two victims was an executive at the Venetian (not sure which one).

This reminds me somewhat of the stabbing at Bellagio which occurred involving workers there in 2012.

Wrobel is still on the loose.
