Wiganer has the breakfast spot on. If you want a true English breakfast, then go to a local greasy spoon or even a pub carvery chain. Don't use the hotel. And FFS if you go near Camden for the markets (they've gone downhill BIGTIME, so probably wouldn't bother if I were you), then don't buy any of the street food. Just don't.
