in online poker you have to beat 2 opponents. the computer, lets call it "the rig" and the player. if you're a good player you'll beat the other players a large percentage of the time but that's only half of the equation. but the rig,..you simply cannot beat. you pay your dues here before binking one of these 130-300 mtt's
the turn and or river are worse on this site than any other i've ever played at. brutal impossible beats happen every other showdown at global poker.

im putting my tinfoil hat on here, i don't trust the rng at all. WAY to many set ups on here.
i won't lie to you. global pokers mtt's will beat you down even if you're a winning player. they will beat you down to the point where you don't expect to win and question yourself if it's even worth your time. never have i been so pissed for so many games that i wanted to leave and or smash my computer.
i'm not talking about losing flips here. that's only a small part of running bad here. i'm talking about endless soul sucking bad beats. the turn and river cards seem criminal here. and once all the chips go in the middle strange shit happens every other showdown
you really need a very high place finish in one of the 1500/4k games to keep that graph moving in the rght direction. if you don't get that high place finish i could see how this place would chase many away thinking they're bilking your $$$ even if you're winning player.

For whatever reason.. the GLOBAL style of poker falls right into my game..
If your a rec player.. global is still more fair then playing on a site with nothing but rake back players, huds and bum hunters and seat scripting..

Any way last hand before losing back nearly all I earned was BRUTAL!
I had suited connectors 910, a raise preflop to my left and 4 callers.
Flop is a beautiful 10910 rainbow I check but pre flop raiser KK bets out and fold fold fold I reraise and $500 later a K turns and his remaining stack of $250 brings a K river.
Runner runner 4 of a kind to beat a house flop, what are the odds, no don't tell me. Id bet near a milly to 1 ? The K turn was bad enough. They just threw salt at my wound. Just looked was 91% on the flop, so not as bad as I thought LOL....crying

The other part is playing the board/bluff, there is zero respect, zero. I mean I watched a guy call down any board with anything, made a bluff impossible. Which is fine of you sit and wait to nail the goof but damn cant even make a lil move to steal $12.

Acr is a certain style of play and ignition is ANOTHER.. global is no different. It has its own style. It just so happens it fit right into my style. Nothing I did proactively.

I play tons of poker but decided not too take it too seriously. It was was just fun and entertainment. Well worth the money it was costing me..
When I clicked on GLOBAL. I take it seriously now. But always the fun first. Many of you probably don't have the ability to understand that..I think that's how you should play on global. Make a little money and have a little fun. Just don't EXPECT your ACE over Kings full house to hold up. That's a 60% chance for the OTHER! Guy winning. Lol.

i will say to the pfa community that you've been very friendly at the tables to all in the chat and the only reason i know its you is because you openly talk about pfa in there.
and when i've seen you it was usually deep in a tourney. so you're obv doing some things right.
i have to say the last few weeks global poker has added the resuck to their arsenal. this site went for many months, possibly since the inception without many resuks, but in the past 3 weeks there have been plenty when there use to be very few. i'm sure it was coded in one of their updates because of people's complaints about being sucked out on too often.
i still laugh at the runner runners that hit in this place.
