Even I was fooled by the wholesale dismissal by the media and pollsters of Trump's chances.
Never did I think Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania (which I long called the "fake battleground states") would be the deciding factors.
I underestimated three things:
1) Trump's ability to defy expectations
2) Hillary's ability to choke
3) The fact that the media and entertainment industry shamed Trump supporters so nastily that people were afraid to admit to poll takers that they planned to vote for him
I won money tonight, too, but a big fuck you to Michigan for stopping your vote counting in some Dem-leaning counties, thus making me spend about $100 hedging.
