I'm sure Knoxville and Dave England made the most, as they created it. The CKY crew were recruited in....and then eventually got their own CKY TV show in the form of "Viva La Bam". I always liked the CKY guys better, they were actually funny IMO, while Knoxville, steve-o, pontius etc I always found horribly annoying.
I'd guess the CKY guys scratched out a respectable living pre-MTV, particularly the Margeras. Bam I think was a sponsored skateboarder, and his brother Jess was the drummer in the CKY band, which did alright for themselves as well. The CKY videos were pretty big and must have sold a fair amount of copies as well, as this was still pre-youtube era.
