Westboro Baptist church gets Pwned by massive counter-support for fallen Hero
A soldier from the Wilmington area was killed along with 3 others in an IED explosion in Afghanistan roughly 2 weeks ago. It was shortly there after the infamous Westboro Baptist Church made disgusting postings about him going to hell and what not and promised to show up to protest his funeral. This resulted in a massive outpouring of support for his family and promises from hundreds to rally and block any protest by the WBC.. Today the funeral for Sgt TJ Butler was held in downtown Wilmington to include a horse drawn Cassion pulling his casket from the funeral home to the church and onward to the Wilmington National Cemetary. It hasnt been reported exact numbers but likely thousands showed up to support his family and line Market Street which is the main street heading to the boardwalk area and riverside in Wilmington. According to WPD 5 Westboro Baptist Church members did in fact show up to protest but apparently kept quiet and a low profile likely out fear of a mass lynching by the public at large... All I can say is You dont even dare pull that shit in the South especially in a state with soo many military within 100 mi (Camp Lejeune the largest Marine Corp base on the East Coast is but 45mins away, Fort Bragg is 2 hr drive and home to 82nd Airborne, Army SpecOps including Delta). Somebody needs to tell those hellish hillbillies their 15mins is up and that their actions will no longer be tolerated anywhere in this country. Even if you dont support the military actions we are involved in you dont disrespect the soldiers serving their country let alone take extremists views and politicize their funerals over unrelated topics such as homosexuality and gay marriage that the WBC continues to spout off about.
