Glenn Greenwald is beyond reproach. The gold standard for investigative journalism. Keith is a poor man's Rachel Maddow.

There are so many gray areas when it comes to that. As of right now, no chance they could charge Trump with anything. This was just Trump taunting Comey (and the FBI). Probably not his best idea. Just typical Trump though.

Since embarrassing Comey by firing him in the most humiliating way possible, Trump has now taken an openly adversarial position with FBI.

Im sorry but that changes everything. If the FBI so chooses, they can stop investigating Trump entirely and bring him down by focusing on giving GOP stalwarts an 'us or him' ultimatum to undermine the wall of support shielding him and by extension the GOP's own their interests.

The FBI doesnt even need to have dirt on these people to destroy their careers, all they need to do is start tapping on their neighbors doors and asking pointed questions and their careers are over.

Whats that great line from that Jet Li movie... its like an ant trying to eat a sleeping elephant; the ant looks like its got an advantage but sooner or later the elephant is going to wake up.

Well the FBI is officially in woke-mode, Trump has made it personal.
