So, we will most likely continue to fall back on the fact that you are more likely to be struck by lightning in your lifetime (1/12,000) than you are to be killed by a firearm in this country (1/25,000), and we will continue along this path of watching these types of situations unfold... Until it becomes unbearable and those numbers dip under 1/10,000. Then shit will really change... Maybe.
