I’m networked with a lot of slot AP’s and some of them have reported making 100K a year off just Buffalo Ascension. Thats why they are being camped. Lucrative.

I understand why they're being camped. The comment wasn't questioning WHY they're being camped. Its about HOW aggressively THESE specific machines are being camped.... and it's not just about end line profitability..... it's also about the fundamental ease of recognizing when they're profitable. They don't take a ton of effort... and I'm not commenting on your pals or the general AP community, but there are likely a bunch of core Buffalo Ascensionists who when this one goes away won't know what else to do because they don't have a ton of other skills.

In any case, these... along with a certain other machine type that I won't name and will never talk about... are being slowly removed everywhere. And at least re: these machines I can't say i'm all that unhappy about it even though I, myself, have done quite well on them in the past (it would be hard not to).

Here's a video of Frankenstein so you can see how the game plays. I play this game when I find multipliers on the board totaling 12. But the Major, Super and Grand progressives are excluded from the play. So don't count those multipliers. The multipliers in the blue field count plus the Mini, Minor and Maxi in the red field.

Getting the free games is the real objective in this game. They are the real payday. I average hitting them every two plays. In the video you can see what happens in the free games at 8:00. He didn't have any multipliers on the board when he hit it. Imagine what the payout would have been if there were multipliers involved.

When you catch the POWER UP symbol in the first column it puts a multiplier on the board:

When you catch the "IT'S ALIVE!!!" symbol in the first column and at least one Frankenstein symbol in the other 4 columns the board will reset and the play is over:

I make it into low six figures not playing more than a couple of hours a day. Which is all I care to do these days.

If I were willing to go 10 to 12 hours per day I would do somewhere between 250K and 300K this year (but I'm not really capable of that anymore). That's what current conditions are for me.
