Something that KD brought up a few days ago, is the subject of Tax Evasion. I think this is something we should all report Chrissy for. I believe this has the best chance of getting him investigated and possibly prosecuted. As we know several of the other things that he is doing are criminal but getting an agency to investigate it is very difficult. Then getting an agency to move forward with prosecution is an even more of a long shot. This is especially difficult for people/agencies that do not understand casinos/gambling, and they just have bigger fish to go after.
I don't know the interworking's of the IRS, but I believe it is a bit different that these other investigative agencies. Accusations can be made of tax fraud as KD pointed out. An allegation of tax fraud is much more black and white than a "Baccarat Scam". Its a a matter of the clerk typing in a 9 digit social and viewing their tax return for a given year. If the evidence provided within the complaint made to the IRS shows a huge discrepancy (Claims of making large amounts of money/being wealthy) it is much easier to move forward with things. Even if they talk to him and he says it was all a lie, they will still likely move forward with subpoenas of his financial transactions. It would take less than a minute to pull a tax return, and view preliminary evidence. Like I said, I don't know the IRS's procedure, but I would think that at a minimum the tax return of the subject would be viewed against the supporting evidence given by the person who filed complaint. For these reasons, I think it is time well spent for anyone who can report him to the IRS.
Up until know I believe it is Chrissy's mindset that he is not doing anything illegal. I believes he thinks he is legally covered since he provided his services/strategy for payment. We know this is not the case, but it has been talked about many times here so I wont get back into it.
I do think because KD put Chrissy on blast about tax evasion, it is at the very least going to cause Chrissy some stress. Here is why...
I think if none of us Chrissy "haters" existed, there is no doubt that Chrissy would have not filed all or the majority of the income that he brought in from the scams this year, on his 2020 tax return. Up until now Chrissy has "believed" that he is protected from fraud since he gives the customer something in return. Chrissy isn't the smartest guy, but I guarantee he knows that if the IRS gets proof he made 150K in 2020 but files a fraction of that, if discovered he's fucked. Chrissy, at the very least your thinking hard right now. You know the IRS has the complaints that will eventually produce evidence of your actual income in 2020, so what are you going to do?
So, I believe its going to cause Chrissy to think hard. So either he can choose to do the right thing or stress that he may be investigated. I think the more folks that report him the better.
Chrissy, don't forget all that unemployment you and Stacy received in 2020... It's taxable.
Believe it or not, even though it sounds like a slam dunk, the tax evasion angle is going to be really tough.
First off, one of the common misconceptions people have about the IRS is that you can simply "report" people for tax evasion, and get them audited/busted if they're guilty. Doesn't work that way. Why?
Simply put, people like to use the IRS as a freeroll against their enemies.
This is because people figure it's easy to take guesses about their enemies' tax situations, report them, and then the IRS does all the work. If the accusers are wrong, it's no skin off their ass. The entire burden and expense of investigating is on the IRS' end, and possibly on the person being reported. Not only that, but if you're correct, you get a piece of any tax settlement collected as a result! Sweet, huh?
The IRS gets loads of "tax evasion" accusations from ex-boyfriends/ex-girlfriends, former business associates, angry neighbors, business competitors, ex-spouses, etc.
They simply don't have the manpower to investigate each one of these, nor do they want to encourage frivolous reporting for revenge or belief of a reward.
Therefore, the IRS requires pretty specific evidence in order to take action. You can't just guess at things. You need hard evidence that the person is evading taxes, and you need to present that to the IRS when you report.
But wait! Doesn't Chrissy brag about all the money he makes? Doesn't he claim he wins hundreds of thousands per year in the casino? Doesn't he admit in his videos that he pays no taxes?
Yes.
But is that proof? No.
People can say anything. I could post on this forum that I just won a million dollars playing poker last night. That doesn't mean it's true. I could just be posturing so I look cool. I don't owe taxes on a million dollars if I'm just telling lies on the internet about the income.
And that's where we will run into a wall with Chrissy. If the IRS looked into Chrissy's life, they'd find:
- No real estate holdings
- No cars
- No significant cash
- No significant valuables
- No bank accounts of any consequence, either domestic or offshore
Basically, they'd find a close-to-broke loser who pretends to be a big deal in the gambling world.
But what about the $100k+ he possible scammed in 2020? Isn't that "income"? Well, yes and no. Had he just scammed that money and not chunked it back off in the casino, indeed failing to pay taxes on it would be considered tax evasion. However, note that he loses a lot of this money while conducting these coaching sessions! Unfortunately, that would be considered a legitimate business expense. He could even make the case that the money he loses to the casino while by himself also qualifies, as he's simply "testing new strategies".
Additionally, he can claim that his home is a place of business (since he records most videos from there), and that much of the money he spends in his personal life is also attached to the business in some way. A good example would be the suite he probably rented for his birthday.
The bottom line is that if "Change Your Life LLC" finished 2020 with very little money and no other assets, and if Chrissy himself is in the same state, the IRS isn't going to care.
There's a much better criminal case to be had regarding the misrepresentation and wire fraud. Chrissy has pretty much hung himself there, as he has made super-outlandish (and provably false) claims regarding his own success with his systems, and then charges a large sum of money to sell them to others. This is straight up fraud and misrepresentation, and if the authorities took an interest, he'd be dead to rights. However, these need to be reported to the proper authorities by the victims. They really should travel to Vegas to do this, as soon as possible after being scammed. He's probably too small potatoes for the FBI to take an interest in, regardless of how many internet people submit these reports.
Oh, two other things:
Interesting how he abandoned baccarat for now. Back to blackjack. He doesn't want to admit it, but "the baccarat king" is likely frustrated that he simply can't make money at the game, and has given up and moved back to blackjack.
As I've said many times, Chrissy's scams are somewhat correlated with his real life failures. If he's losing when Martingaling, he will say he just developed a new flat bet strategy. If he's having sessions where he wins initially, considers quitting right away, but then loses his bankroll, he gives lectures on discipline. If he's going through a rare winning streak, he gets cocky and tells you that only poor people are fearful when they sit down at the table. If he can't seem to win at baccarat, he claims he has a new strategy at blackjack.
Why does he do this? Why can't a pathological liar simply ignore his real life gambling failures and keep the same BS routine consistently going? Because he's actually dumb and narcissistic enough to think he's legitimately a skilled gambler, and these strategies really work. He's basically selling each new idiotic system as revolutionary, so he can experiment with it on other people's dimes. And of course he loses quickly, and is back to square one.
Second, the Stacy video posted on the previous page is from May. It was posted in May. No point to focus much on it. That channel never caught on, and it never will. The problem is that there's no crossover. Chrissy's "fans" are dumbass degenerates who want to hear him talk about gambling, not middle-aged female homemakers who want motivation to be better mothers (which is hilarious coming from Stacy, anyway).

All I can say guys is that clearly some person(s) have been trying to stop me from making videos. I don’t care who it is and I’m not even accusing anyone. But it has been clear for some time. The fact that one of my videos was taken down as a “scam” report is pretty ironic. Whoever it is has succeeded. I don’t enjoy making the videos as much anymore and have grown tired of YouTube’s horseshit. So to whomever has been trying to torpedo my channel, you can celebrate.

There's a lot I've noticed and found out over time which I could have presented out here, but didn't because the goal is to expose Christopher Mitchell, and not to show each other up.
Overall, KD's presence is a positive for the CM exposure movement, especially because of his relentlessness. Therefore, I keep my mouth shut about "certain things", and I let him do his work on Chrissy, which is mostly good.

I would think it would be very likely that an employee with a higher level of authority is tasked with deciding the appeals and is the one making the decision if the video violates TOS, and whether to reinstate it. Its great this employee made the correct determination. Since this would seem likely that this would be an employee with a higher level of authority, hopefully this same employee out of curiosity takes a look at Chrissy's channel and does whatever they need to do to get his channel in line for termination.

I know I have said this before, but each and every baccarat strategy is virtually they same. In the long run they are all -EV. EVERY SYSTEM is equal to the house edge in the long term. That means they are all EQUALLY bad in the long run. The only way one strategy could be slightly better than another is if a higher frequency of banker bets are placed as the banker bet has a slightly better house edge. Either way still -EV.
So I picked one of SM's (You can decide what the "s" stands for - for now) strategies at random. It was posted on Jan 26 this year, the title is "NEW!!!!!! Marty 8 Bead Road Extension Strategy with a Christopher Mitchell Sighting". Its a 16 minute video but I will break it down for you.
I am sure SM reads this.
His strategy is to wait for 2 consecutive outcomes (either 2 players in a row or 2 bankers in a row). The bettor is only watching up until this point, not playing. After this pattern happens, the system calls for the player to start martingaling from there for up to another 6 hands of martingale. As we know prior outcomes in no way predict future results. SM believes that he can get the winning percentage of a 8 step martingale, by only actually betting a 6 step martingale. In his computer simulations he is using the results of an 8 step marty, but only actually risking the money needed for 6 steps. Unfortunately, this is not the way math works. That would be Chrissy Mitchell math.
This would be no different that finding the odds against 10 head coin flips in a row, then after 9 consecutive flips betting the farm on the 10 coin flip. That 10th coin flip has no memory. The 10th flip is still 50/50. SM's strategy is no different. You can not use the results of the first 2 hands that no wager was placed, and then use these results to predict future outcomes. It looks as if he is trying to build a mobile payment app like Cash App and Zelle. Definitely has MLM features. I'm not exactly sure how or if this is related to the baccarat content he uploads. I think it would be best if he is willing to give an explanation of his intent to clear things up.

Promoting -EV strategies is bad. To be fair, it is no where near as bad as a -EV strategy that is SOLD as a WINNING system. If he is able to clear things up we can get a better understanding of what he is doing so he can be properly categorized.
From everything I can see, and as explained by the above posts on the forum, Smart Money Group is either a scam or a good-hearted-but-losing scheme. I'll let the reader decide.

PV has been all over SMG. Here a few quick observation/questions I have....
1) Clearly they used Christopher Mitchell name to get more attention and viewers. I have no problem with that as long as they are in the right side.
2) I think the payment app was the main goal at first. However, they quickly noticed making baccarat strategy videos gets you a lot of subs & views. People are simply looking so hard for this code that doesn’t exist. We have discussed this at length.
3) There are infinite strategies and people will listen. They are done, as PV pointed out, by a narrator & presented in a pleasant tone. People love this shit. You can build a channel a lot faster than say...making fun of Chrissy.
4) I have no idea exactly where their headed. I am not sure if they even do right now. The payment app has seemed to have been discarded. They are now exclusively baccarat strategy videos. The other shoe will drop at some point.
5) Would like to see them take Druff up on his offer.
6) Regarding MLM, is their a difference from getting compensated for a referral and the full blown pyramid? I think there is and that’s why I think it’s good to just let them clarify that shit.
