exactly WHO do you want Trump to tell to chill out? The people who were protesting? They dont like him. Why would they listen?

Also, Lets say that you and your family decided to have dinner at YOUR HOUSE. You guys set the table, got the food all ready, and then someone like me walked into your house and sat down at the table with your family and started telling you guys that you all suck. I held up a sign and said Your wife's meatloaf tastes like shit.

would you be pissed?

would you get up in my face and possibly punch me?

Trump protesters entered UIC pavillion, where TRUMP SUPPORTERS were there, sitting quietly in their seats, awaiting to hear his speech. The protesters then essentially sat down at their dinner table and told them to fuck off and insulted their food. If I were a Trump supporter, under these conditions, I'd say there is a decent chance that I may throw a punch or two, to get you away from my food. These protesters had designated areas outside where they could protest. They said FUCK THAT and went and sat at the dinner table.

If Trump supporters were to go to Bernie rallies, stand in the crowd and try to shut down the rally, are you saying that Bernie supporters would sit there quietly and not do anything? Hell no...they would be more than likely throwing punches.

Exactly who do you want Trump to tell to stop?......

This is too funny. You are trying to prove your point by comparing something legal, with something illegal. Protesting a Trump event is legal. Someone breaking into your house to protest your wife's meatloaf is illegal. If you are having trouble understanding why one is ok, and the other is not, ask your cop brother. Also, if you break into my house.... I have the right to punch you or even shoot you, to defend my family, and my wife's meatloaf (which is delicious by the way). Trump supporters don't have the right to punch protesters.

The point is, they were somewhere they realistically should not have been, acted like assholes, and for some reason, people expect you and your family to just sit there and not do anything?

Gee...I went to a Trump rally and started shit with their supporters and their supporters told me to fuck off and punched me back.

I truly want to see a few handful of Trump supporters enter the grounds of a Bernie Rally this week and just stand there with signs, saying nothing, and see what happens. You will likely see massive hypocrisy.

The Police were understaffed by quite a bit, and calls to send in more were essentially denied. It was NOT a safe spot for cops. They didnt have the appropriate gear to handle violent crowds, there werent enough horses, or the right batons to handle those crowds.

It seemed awfully shady in their minds. Like they were set up to fail. Many of them on the blogs/messageboards were upset with the half-assed planning.

Plus, you dont hold a CONSERVATIVE rally at UIC, which is not only extremely liberal, but is surrounded by gangs, and is easy to get to by public transportation.

If you are a Repub, you came out near my house in the NW burbs, like Kasich and Cruz did.

If Trump comes back, and doesnt hold it at either Allstate Arena (Rosemont, by Ohare) or in Schaumburg at the Renaissance Convention Center or in Hoffman Estates at Sears Centre, he is asking for trouble. Anywhere else is going to be a shit show. At least in those places, they wont be the easiest to get to and those areas have mostly middle aged Conservatives nearby.

Anyone with a clue, prior to holding the event, would know this, which is why it certainly seems like this was set up to fail from the beginning, by holding it at UIC, then not having enough police presence, then almost baiting people into protesting.

Failure....or brilliance?.....
