Rubio didn't apologize from what I could tell. He blamed Trumps rhetoric for it. Rubios secretly loving it because he's holding onto the Establishments hangnail of Trump being too derisive to win the nomination.. Rubio is a rube and needs to go away. If he really wants Trump to not win the Nomination he needs to GTFO, and quit taking votes and delegates away from Cruz, who is the only hope the GOP has remotely of stopping Trumps run to the convention.. Honestly based on the crap with Cruz's dad I'm kinda wishing we could start over maybe Kasich would've had a better shot baring him somehow getting delegate pledges of Cruz and Rubio, hes DOA already.

Hopefully Florida solves that problem for us. The resulting embarrassment will exceed my need for him to resign now.

I haven't been following the Trump campaign. What's this about? Chicago being Chicago or are unruly black people at Trump events going to be a recurring theme? Any attempt to preemptively remove said agitators would be "racist".

Did Trump deserve this or is this just another attempt to unfairly label and derail the Trump campaign?

No surprise whatsoever that it was Chicago where this all went down. The militant left operates by creating an astroturf movement, what that means is that they pay people to show up to protest, a central organization will pass out signs and coordinate what people say and to seek out the nearest camera to say it to. Some will put on 'costumes', I don't mean a big feathery chicken suit, I mean some will wear white power arm bands, Nazi paraphernalia and some will be picked to pass out KKK pamphlets at the rally to make it look like Trump supporters are down with all this stuff. I don't know which group was responsible for this, but it has the Clinton campaign written all over it.

El Gallo may be able to expound quite a bit on this.

Marco Rubio has got one thing going for him. He won't be forgotten about in history because he will be labeled the guy that destroyed the Republican Party.

He was not a strong representative of the party but the GOP was DOA anyway. That coming from a registered Republican.

Trump has brilliantly kept a safe distance from the GOP.

Clearly there is unrest with traditional two party politics and regardless of the outcome the vote of no confidence is a good thing.

Keep thinking about the riots in Chicago. Sure some of it is organized. Maybe just the catalyst that was needed to tip hostile voters. They just needed to be shown the way. Of course, this will only help Trump. Anger works for him. It'll certainly continue to amp up voter interest. This has so far played to Trump's favor.

    Nothing like this since '68?

    The music ain't as good.

    Edit:
Just remembered '68 Chicago National Democratic Convention was the scene of riots. Chicago has a proud tradition.

The Chicago Eight. Chicago police riot. Richard Daly. Plop.

Would be the most brilliant move in political history if it comes out that it was Trump who orchestrated the mob to gin up sympathy for his campaign.

I was invited to the protest by a few organizations that were planning on protesting the event. It was definitely well orchestrated and for the most part peaceful. The guy went to a campus with a large group of muslim and latino students. Chicago is very diverse and the guy who has said terrible things about muslims and literally called my father a rapist, thought it was a good idea to come speak. It was cocky of him and a bit out of line in my opinion.

The shitty part is that 98% of the protestors were your typical laid back liberal who had no issue with Donald Trump supporters being amongst them. It's just unfortunate that the more "urban" protestors always take shit too far. There was a lot of Trump supporters who were upset that the rally didn't happen but they respected the protestors... the Trump supporters have their dumb rednecks and the liberals have their urban folk that come from a place of hate and that is no way to assist progress.

I'm hoping more peaceful rallies happen throughout the country, but I hope they allow him to speak... let him speak because he'll hang himself by telling people to punch others or that they should be carried out on stretchers then pretend to be astonished when violence breaks out.

Hillary's campaign is fucking up badly with its attempted smearing of Sanders. This shit will backfire on her.

Kasich just took a jab at Trump in the media, (something about sowing the seeds for those Chicago protests) and usually he stays out of that stuff, so maybe its an indication that there is some jockeying going on behind the scenes for VP, and he isnt looking good.

Also, some things arent being mentioned in the media right now, from the UIC protests. Multiple cops hurt, a few needing to get patched up/stitches. "Protesters" were going through the adjacent parking garage, smashing the windows out of any car that had a Trump sticker. Protesters were hurling bottles/rocks at police and Trump supporters on the street, and protesters walked down the highway ramp and blocked the expressway (this is a major expressway, heading east/west right into downtown Chicago and is 1 mile east of downtown...so you can imagine how fucked the traffic would be).

Yes, there were paid protesters as well. CPD saw the usual suspects there.

I saw this on a secret cop blog:

"The media is downplaying the "protests" as isolated. It seems they aren't broadcasting footage of the debris being thrown across Harrison by Sanders/Hillary supporters at Trump fans.

They also aren't mentioning the hordes running through the UIC parking structure breaking the windows of cars with Trump 2016 stickers.

We haven't seen any mention of the Eisenhower takeover, nor the Incident Team call-outs from assorted Districts.

It's almost like they're ashamed that the UIC tradition of supporting leftist terrorists (Ayers and his spawn) has come home to roost.

Last report was at least two cops needed numerous stitches to close up wounds. A speedy recovery to the injured."

Anyone who feels the need to protest another candidates rally deserves to have their ass kicked. You don't like the person then don't vote for them. End of story. Fucking n-words.....
