Even if that's true, given the volume of despair and lunacy being reported internally, I think it's appropriate to question the narrative being presented that dumping 100+ years of experienced managers from the state department is something of a controlled burn.

The Tiffany Trump / Bannon being registered to vote in 2 states is another example, how exactly does one purge themselves from the voter rolls? Its more of a secretary of state fail if anything.

Semi relevant personal story: I registered at my parents address to vote at age 18 as a Democrat and a few years later as a Republican. Eventually I noticed that my name was listed twice on the voter rolls! I even called the CA Secretary of State office to let them know, and nothing. The next time I voted, both were still there. I recently re-registered at my home address and would bet money my name is still listed on the voter rolls at my old address because I highly doubt they purged both. Also, when I re-registered I very clearly marked "Libertarian Party" but was registered as Decline to State. So much fail.
