I thought this was a good story. Two Street stall food vendors received a Michelin star in Singapore. One was Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle. No story or pics on Hill Street. The other was Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice and Noodle.

Just a thought. I go by feel of the meat in most cooking situations. IE rare or medium. With something like a pork loin a good thermometer can really make a difference in getting it just right.Quote:

Fuck those damn steak pics are killing me. Been eating nothing but fish, broccoli, and fruit for the last two months. Really would love to have a good ribeye.
