Cowboy steak for the Gf and I. Seared on the pan then broiled. Letting it sit right now going to make mac and cheese and broc. Will try to take a final pic.

I thought this was a good story. Two Street stall food vendors received a Michelin star in Singapore. One was Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle. No story or pics on Hill Street. The other was Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice and Noodle.

Went fridge-diving for an early breakfast. Chicken salad, bacon, and the last pinch from a bag of parmesan, baked into a crisp.
