Was looking like I was headed for 0-2 again, and then the White Sox came back from down 5-1 to lead 7-5. Then they almost blew that lead, it was 7-6, and then they scored two more in the top of the 7th, before a rainout came and made the game final before the Yankees could come back up to bat.
Final score: White Sox 9, Yankees 6 after 6.5 innings.
I didn't even realize that the two runs in the top half would count if the bottom half couldn't be played, but I guess they were counted because the White Sox would have won anyway 7-6 if they went back to the last full inning played.
Was thrilled to see that rainout, because the White Sox bullpen was looking very shaky, and I wasn't even comfortable with the 3-run lead.
So it went from another 0-2 to a 1-1 with a decent profit (since the Sox were +183).

There were two dogs I considered today. One was Pittsburgh, and one was Miami.
I went with Miami and passed on Pittsburgh.
Both were tied in the late innings.
Pittsburgh went on to win, and Miami lost in 14 innings (at home, no less).
My pick was based upon my belief that Urena would pitch a good game, despite his bad numbers. That he did.
Sadly the Miami offense was nonexistent (as it often is), and they subsisted on a solo HR by Brian Anderson for 14 innings before Wei Yin Chen surrendered 2 runs. He's awful. I knew when he entered the game, we were fucked.
A fuck Yu total over 8 is antithetical to the Druff doctrine but needs serious consideration. I understand and largely agree with your Marlins characterization but I think you will be surprised. Cubs might do this alone
