F Yu has already coughed up a run.
Whether this pick wins or not, I think I'm going to keep fading him until he either looks better or they stop running him out there.
For whatever reason, though, the sharps didn't like my Pirates play.
Well, kiss goodbye the Miami NBA pick and the Minnesota MLB pick (the latter of which was winning into the middle of the game).
gotta fucking love hockey players...shockingly an American doing this...
SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Joe Pavelski's face was numb, but his spirits were high. The Sharks' captain opened the scoring in Game 1 of San Jose's series against the Vegas Golden Knights with a goal that sparked the Sharks to an emphatic 5-2 victory on Wednesday night. But with the goal came some self-sacrifice -- namely a few of Pavelski's teeth, as a Brent Burns shot bounced off his jaw and behind goalie Marc-Andre Fleury.
"I feel all right," said Pavelski after the game, his chin and bottom lip swelled over, blood visible on his bottom row of teeth. "But enough with the dental questions."
At 14:42 of the first period, Pavelski was in his usual spot in front of the opponent's crease.
"I saw Burnsy had it. Sometimes, there's a shot. Sometimes, there's not. It kinda looked like he was trying to release it, and I didn't even see it come off his stick," he said.

Disappointing to see a foul pole bottom-of-the-8th inning HR turn my winning under pick into a loser with the Dodgers yesterday. Also disappointing to see the Twins give up 9 runs and lose that big dog pick despite scoring 6 themselves. At least F Yu's failure was good for another underdog win.
I just have one pick today, and it's once again versus the Cubs. Sorry big dick. They're just awful.
Pittsburgh (Musgrove) +116 at Cubs (Quintana)
These are two pitchers going opposite directions. Musgrove has long been thought to have potential to be good, and there's some belief (including from his first start) that he will finally show some of that in 2019, rather than his toiling in mediocrity as he has in the last 3 seasons.
Quintana got absolutely bombed in his last start, and some believe his career is on the verge of ending. Even the Cubs don't want to start him, but it's either him or the lousy Tyler Chatwood in the 5th spot, so they're sticking with Quintana for now.
I think we should explore a trial separation Simpdog
GBCP you need to state where you’re at.
Today reminds me of the old Garry Shandling joke
What I want at my funeral is an actual boxing referee to do a count, and at five, just wave it off and say, “He’s not getting up”
When I look back I’m pretty sure when I called them the “Maple Loops” it was all over for me.
You picked the wrong Boston team.
Tampa -1.5 puck line.
Pittsburgh money line
Winnipeg money line
Winnipeg/st Louis under 1.5 first period and under 5.5 for game
Vegas San Jose under 1.5 and under 6.5 for game
Time to go to GA. Get back to basics and have a winning night. See you there. I’ll be the guy with the Leafs hat on.
