Yeah, nobody here has any issue with officers shooting/killing guys who are posing a real threat. Guys like DrkStr make it sound like we're all against any use of force which we're obviously not. Full disclosure, the website I just posted for the murder stat actually says that blacks commit 37% of violent crime, where violent crime is defined as murder, rape, robbery and aggravated assault. I have seen stats where it is as high as 50%, but I am guessing they are defining "violent crime" differently. According to that webpage, blacks commit the majority of murders and robberies in the US, but a smaller % of total rape and aggravated assault.
Commit is not the same as getting arrested. Because reasons they still to this day keep adding a % hispanics to the number of blacks and whites so the 6% number isn't correct either.Quote:

And cops in the US overwhelming subscribe to the right-wing narrative, given their self-selection bias of choosing a job in law enforcement. Racism isn't really a debilitating medical condition. I have heard of people with crippling racism performing adequately at their jobs. By today's standards pretty much all of our grandparents had it.
As a random questimation i would say there's something like a few 100k officers that are as racist as Yanez and somehow they are still capable to get by most calendar years without killing someone.
