I was hoping for a pitcher to get bombed in the White Sox game -- just not mine. 8-1 Twins right now. Whoops.
Miami under looking good so far, despite a 2 run top of the 1st. (Yesterday had 4 runs in the 1st and easily covered.)
These two teams together are an under bettor's dream, provided the pitchers are reasonable and the line isn't too low.
Boston/Texas... well, 1 run after 2 innings, but the bases were left loaded. We'll see.
Would be nice to hang another 4-1 on the books.
Nope, Boston/Texas became a scoring-fest in the middle innings, and it went from looking good to being a 5-5 game, making me lose.
Writing off the White Sox losing 8-3 in the late innings.
3-2 day, though the +140 should put me a little bit over 1 unit for the day.
This LeBron James kid is going to be a good one some day
Druff can finally shut up about that woulda coulda shoulda Craptors bet .... woulda just got LeGOAT'd in a major way lol
Raptors peaked too early.
The city of Toronto should bribe Lebron to move to a Western Conf team.

I've talked before about that stats service I use, and how they sell picks I don't buy.
I am able to see how their picks did the following day, and they keep a running record. To their credit, they are honest about their record and don't manipulate things if they aren't doing well. The only semi-shady thing they do is always choose the best line from like 10 different books as their "official" line, which is kinda bullshit because the average bettor doesn't have that many options.
Anyway, they're getting their ass handed to them so far in MLB. Something like 7.5 units down after about 100 picks.
I'm not killing it in MLB, but I am 6.2 units up after 74 picks, and have been in the black for all but one day of the season.
I wonder how other MLB handicappers are doing this year. Seems like an odd year in some ways.
Is Toronto gonna reel off four in a row now?
I don't really know if he would be happy with me outing this... but poster limitles is actually from Canada.
Last-minute bet on 10:10am game:
Toronto (M. Estrada) at Tampa (Archer) - Under 8 -110
There were 3 "Trapper John" games today.
One was this one -- under 8 with two pitchers who had terrible records. Final score 2-1. Ding!
The second was Pittsburgh +112 on the road at Milwaukee. Crappy Chad Kuhl was up against the surprisingly effective Chase Anderson. So you can get a slight dog on Kuhl on the road against a better Milwaukee team and pitcher? Huh? Indeed, the Pirates are up 9-0. Considered this one, but ended up skipping it.
The last one was the under on Oakland/Baltimore. Featuring the bad Andrew Triggs versus the horrendous (9.64 ERA) Alex Cobb. It's 1-0 in the 3rd right now.
Three games which would appear to be obvious choices to the casual bettor (two overs and a side bet on Pittsburgh), and two decisive losses plus one on pace to lose.
Betting MLB baseball, everyone.
Anyway, I'll take my 1-0 day and be done.
Picked up +0.909 units today.
GRAND TOTAL: 39-34-2, +7.109 units
Overs: 1-3
Spread (-1.5): 2-1
Unders: 24-17-2
Sides: 12-13
Odd line alert. Celtics up 3-0 and are -1000 to win the series. Cavs up 3-0 and are -5000
Seems like a free $100 on Boston (my max loss per bet is $1000). No team has EVER lost up 3-0 in NBA history.
:whynot
No games til 4pm PDT today.
Looking at two unders:
Cincinnati (again)
San Diego
I will post the lines if and when I actually bet them.
Okay here we go.
Getting cooler on the SD under so that may not happen.
But here's the one I'm definitely going with:
Mets (Conlon) at Cincinnati (Bailey) - Under 9.5 -106
Public money right now is very much on the over.
Will Cubs fail continue? Marlins +205 looks tempting
I'm really interested to see if the 76ers will get swept as 4, 4, 8, and 7 point favorites
Soooooooo my Reds under pick turned out to be pretty bad.
It was done by the 5th inning.
I did predict correctly that the Marlins would lose, so I'm glad I wasn't tempted by the +205 and Jarlin Garcia pitching. Just had the gut feeling that one was gonna get crushed. I know it's not amazing to predict a -2xx favorite is going to win, but I really wasn't feeling that one.
Anyway, I'm not picking anything else tonight. No Padres under. I'll be back tomorrow.
I am so proud of this. Snagging this when BOL came out with the first line feels like a win no matter what happens.

Description:
Mobile - Baseball - MLB - 912 New York Yankees -177 for Game
It’s now -211
What am I talking about “no matter what happens”? Sawks Pomeranz tossing 87-88mph meatballs in the Bronx bandbox. NY Severino is the nuts now. This is a lock at a good price for me.
Sawks Price vs NY Tanaka Weds bears watching.
There are still those who believe Price is an Ace. These labels die hard. Price hasn’t been sharp since his numb hand incident. That episode is just a milestone not a reason. Price just isn’t that good. He never has much luck against the Yankees. The guy is mentally soft and these are showcase games. Playoffs are similar Price fails. Same thing.
Early Price believer, Daly, recently wrote: “Price has a torn labia”. I’m still laughing. I don’t forget a thing kid.
From a modeling standpoint, Tanaka played great in his last outing until the 7th. Some poor relief inflated his ERA with inherited runners.
The line isn’t out yet and we will watch the bullpen use tonight. Preparation and game plan could yield opportunity with the early lines tonight.
Your welcome.
Yankees now -226. Wow, who doesn’t love a bargain @ -177
We are talking the two best teams in baseball atm. You almost have to sprinkle Sawks +208 out of principle.
Yankees might just cover the total on their own.
Price is out with a torn labia tomorrow night.
Sorry, Sanlmar.
I have to do this... as you said... out of principle...
Boston (Pomeranz) +205 at Yankees (Severino)
And while we're being contrarian...
Mets (Vargas) at Cincinnati (L. Castillo) - Under 9.5 -123
Yankees for series -170
Three more:
at White Sox (Giolito) +132 vs. Pittsburgh (Nova)
White Sox/Pittsburgh - Over 9 -115 (you can get this line on Bovada, it's -125 to -130 elsewhere)
Detroit (Fiers) at Texas (Minor) - Under 9.5 -117
Blue Jays being no hit through 7 innings.
Only hit today was Osuna hitting his gf
#toosoon?
No hitter. 3 walks. Paxton for the Mariners over the Jays
Early game.. an under in.... Colorado?!
Angels (Barria) at Colorado (T. Anderson) - Under 12 +102
Looking good, Willis.
You know how this pains me. It’s no lock but Porcello is better than Tanaka AIEC. NY Chapman has pitched like 4 straight and Sawks Kimbral well rested.
If Chef P can stretch it out and minimize Sawks middle relief exposure then hand off to lights out Kimbral then this should be textbook.
Of course, Sawks face murderers row II so anything can happen. No lock but you gotta take the +133
DESCRIPTION:
MOBILE - BASEBALL - MLB - 967 BOSTON RED SOX +133 FOR GAME
The joy of Yankees winning somehow will stem the financial pain if this doesn’t follow the script.
Easy cover with that Colorado game.
I'll share a secret with you guys.
The Rockies can't hit.
This isn't the Rockies you've grown to know and love.
Even in Coors they are struggling to score, and their pitching has also improved.
Not to say that you should keep firing Coors Field unders, but I'm saying that it's not the complete crapshoot it was in prior years.
The Padres have scored just 2 fewer runs than the Rockies so far.
Okay here's a last minute pick for a 4:05pm PDT game:
San Francisco (Stratton) at Philadelphia (Pivetta) - Under 8.5 -105
Was on the fence about the Giants under, but ended up firing on it.
:baddecision
While Pivetta has been good, the Giants pitching has been awful, and the pick is 1 run away from losing in the 6th.
Not hopeless, but only a small chance it wins at this point. Runners at 1st and 2nd now, too.
nice job...by time I got back to it, it was like +160 or so and I didn't like it at that price...was hoping Toronto was gonna win game 1 and then figured id get it at +225 or something like that...
swear to Christ ESPN talks to LeBron during the offseason and asks him to act like a cunt during the middle of the regular season so that ESPN can fill a ton of hours of programming with 'whats wrong with LeBron/cavs?'...and here we are in may and the cavs are back in the ECF...
