Yes, Dodgers were lucky to have won this game. They basically had one inning where Gausman had a few hiccups, and then the Blue Jays could never capitalize on their opportunities. The 9th was largely bad luck, as
the double play was the result of a batted ball which looked like a hit to everyone, then somehow hung in the air long enough to be caught.
Glasnow only three 3 pitches, so he should be fine. The question is whether they start Ohtani, so he can pitch without having to be removed from the lineup when they switch him out for a different pitcher.
Glasnow, Sheehan, and probably Ohtani are expected to have the ball tomorrow. Dodgers are -136 at the moment on BOL.
