And why are you talking to me about Trump? He's a fuckin retard obviously but that doesn't mean a different president would have been more on top of it. Even Fauci at the beginning didn't think it was something to worry about, he would have been the same guy advising any president. You can say testing all you want but how is it the president's fault that the initial test kits were contaminated by the CDC? that's their fuckup. Not sure it matters much anyway, people with the tiniest cough back in January were already being told to self quarantine for 2 weeks and act as if they were positive.
The WHO offered Trump a bunch of tests and Trump turned them down.
So the virus starts in china.
The virus is now more or less gone in China but spreading like wild fire in the U.S.
So by your logic the virus started too early and therefore there was pretty much nothing we could do.
China had the virus much earlier than the U.S but somehow got rid of it.

Maybe China took the correct actions and that's why they have rid themselves of the virus and its business as usual?
Trump didn't even stockpile supplies or anything. He went on tv and in public and called the virus a hoax and now we are paying the price.
