The conclusion by Krassenstein (a career scammer, btw) is unfair, but that's not surprising because he makes his living now via X outrage bait.
Trump talked about how he was instrumental in 5G expansion (referring to the new towers), so clearly he wasn't just talking about cameras.
I think he was joking around that the 5G phones also have more advanced cameras which can "see through your skin", and that he just likes the old simple cameras better.
I'm sure he also has no idea what 5G does differently than 4G, and probably just thinks 5G means "a more advanced phone" that somehow the network supports, but this isn't as stupid as Krassenstein is trying to claim.
This is more of an old-guy-doesn't-fully-understand-tech thing than a Trump specific thing.
There are many otherwise smart people Trump's age who can barely use a PC, and can only do the very basics which were taught to them (email, word processing, web browsing, etc).

Again, this US tourism requirement is an implementation fail of a good idea -- another mishandling by the current Administration.
What they should have done was require prospective tourists to fill out an online form where they state the handles of all social media accounts, with the understanding that they may be denied entry upon arrival if not truthful.
Then the system can scan these accounts for either instant approval, or for further processing by a human (depending upon what is found).
Any bashing of Trump or US policy should be ignored. Instead, they should be looking for statements in solidarity with Hamas or other terror groups, in addition to general anti-American sentiment.
Those which seem either pro-terror (even if indirectly, like a foreign Justin Bonomo type) or blatantly anti-American can and should be denied entry -- but they should be informed of this at the time they apply, not when they get here.
Entry into the US is not a right, unless you are a citizen. It is perfectly fine to keep out those who hate our country or who openly sympathize with our enemies. These tourists are not entitled to US free speech rights.
However, there should not be an overly intrusive investigation (like it is now), nor should anyone be denied entry simply because they hate Trump and his policies.
