When the russian communists took over they nationalized all private property and businesses.
When Mussolini took over in Italy he nationalized all private property and businesses.
When the Chinese Communists took over in the late 40's they nationalized all private property and businesses.
When the North Koreans took over they nationalized all private property and businesses.
North Vietnam nationalized all private property and business.
Cuba nationalized all private property and business.
Venezuela nationalized almost all private property and business.
Wherever conservatives have regained power they have returned business to the private sector. The prime example is England. They went expropriation crazy around the 2nd WW. When the conservatives under Maggie Thatcher gained power they returned it all to the private sector.
