Ground beef is perfectly fine cooked to any temp. If you get sick/are worried about getting sick from med. rare beef, that's just Darwinism clearly labeling you as one of the weak who will probably be dropped from the herd soon.

I've done it again!
Directions:
* Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees
* Realize that there's no thing that comes in the pizza box that you can use to put the pizza on. (Make sure you're living in a household where you don't own a baking sheet)
* Flatten cardboard box that pizza came in and put pizza on that
* Google "Can you put cardboard in the oven"
* Rush over to oven and take pizza out
* Accidentally have the pizza slip off and fall on to the hot thingies at the bottom of your oven causing smoke to go everywhere (this is important as it'll give your pizza a nice burnt taste is weird places later)
* Fan your kitchen so fire alarm doesn't go off
* Find this weird pan that doesn't quite hold the pizza and put the pizza on that (the pizza will start off hovering over the bottom, but later will fall downwards)
* Wait 20 minutes
* PRESTO!
* Get on AIM and have OSA inform you that you can put your pizza directly in the oven
* Post pics on your twitter account (Tournament professional Doug Lee will now re-iterate what OSA has told you)
* Eat and Enjoy!
Optional: Later google "Is it okay to eat partially uncooked pizza"
