Hilarious incident between Werdum and Covington. Sounds like a sucker punch was involved, a boomerang to the face, some homophobic slurs and a lawsuit.

Werdum has been a fucking total mess since he lost the belt.
Last night was chaotic. Covington came forward with the allegations of the sucker punch and put up a video he himself took. In the video Covington called Werdum a faggot (Covington isn't very smart). Werdum responded in the media saying he never hit Covington and it was Covington who called him a filthy Brazilian and followed up the insult by kicking him. I mentioned in this thread the De La Hoya vs McGregor fight and I really think that could have legs. Golden Boy will have to risk the guaranteed money and it's possible they won't be willing to. That could be the only draw back, no change the UFC does.
"Whispers" of Nate Diaz v Woodley are in the air but a) its not signed and b) gotta wonder about what either fighter looks like with a 6 week camp.
