I think 10 is a lot easier to sucker in, a lot easier to co-ordinate and at $3500, a lot less likely to cancel at the last minute due to emergencies or whatever.

Alternatively, a discount for 6 months in advance is about the only thing that makes sense here.

Generally you cant deduct home rent on your taxes. He may be able to claim a portion as a “home office” for his scams but I’m not to sure of the tax laws in that area.

I would be surprised if the 6 month advance payment was anything other than him and Tuna being shit for creditworthiness.

I would also be curious if he rented it through a property management company or a private landlord.


Property management companies usually get A+ renters. They would prefer someone with excellent rental history and good credit over someone with shit credit that will pay in advance. If someone pays in advance when the 6 months is up at that point they can stop paying. Also depends on the state as the eviction laws vary how long they can stay without paying.

I personally would take excellent credit over shit credit with 6 months advance payment. Now if the shit credit renter gave 6 months plus 3x deposit I would let them rent. They stop paying you start the eviction process immediately. With 3x deposit you usually won’t lose, unless they tear the house up.

Hey, I've been following this entertaining CM thread for a while and this is my first post because I thought I could provide some semi-useful info...

Anyway, the house that CM is renting is owned by an LLC and that LLC is owned by a Realtor that also works for the real estate company that the house is listed under on Zillow.

So it's a private landlord who also happens to be a Realtor.

First hand: Chrissy has an 18 vs dealer's Q so "obvious" stand.
Dealer shows 3, catchs 8, beats Chrissy.

Hand 2, Chrissy bets $60, catchs 6+Q vs dealer's 7.
Wizard of Odds strategy would be to hit, Chrissy's no bust strategy would be to stand, lets see what he does.
3m24s the other players at the table have 18.20.18 and Chrissy says "Im going to stand, I think everyone else will, but there are a lot of idiots".
no one is hitting the 20, and no one hit the 18 per wizard of Odds.

Dealer busts out, If Chrissy had hit, he would have made 20, the dealer would still have bust and I'm sure we would have heard how great he is.

So, no bust still won, however optimal strategy would have also won.

5m5s LOL Chrissy initially puts out $25, says he'll bet smaller, but leaves it as $25.
He gets a 15 and then states "hurrr durrr I was gonna bet $10"

No wonder he doesnt play Blaccky very often, it gets too confusing for him.


Dealer has an 8 vs Chrissy's 15, what will our hero do?
Dealer has buried 5, catches 8, makes 21, Chrissy loses.
Chrissy was explaining the other players should have been playing no bust because two did bust, and their 10s would have bust the dealer.
So harder to analyse this, Chrissy choosing no bust was wrong, and he lost. Had he have hit he would have improved to 20 and possibly won, depending on how one of the other 2 would have played.

Again, chrissy needs to stay away from games that involve math.

Correct strategy is to stand.

Chrissy claims that the player with 12 who hit is "very selfish" -- he'd know.
Dealer busts: Dealer would also have busted if the 12 had stood.

9m 40 Chrissy purposefully bets $25, and refers to his screenname of being a "bad ass".
Sure buddy, sure.

Chrissy gets a blackjack for his $25 bet.

Chrissy bets $10, gets a 13 vs dealer's 3 strategy says stand, Chroissy obviously goes no bust.

Chrissy then sits out because the shoe is almost at an end and he is scared he will lose some hands and be stuck martying on a new shoe.

Chrissy then states he made $108 in 11 minutes for a total of 7 hands.
Translating this back however it is 4 and a third units, and thats partly due to pulling that blackjack.

Favorite moment from the blackjack video was when he states that he is sitting out because he doesn’t want to be in the middle of a martingale progression when the shoe changes. I mean…of course this makes sense. The shoe absolutely matters when you’re not counting cards. The roulette superstition with believing the game changes when the dealer changes is his dumbest but this one is perhaps a close second.
