Anyone who doesn't trust Druff to escrow a bet shouldn't want to be a member here.

And regardless of the outcome, Druff just ban this clown once it is all said and done. You have been much more patient than most would be with him.

Get real. Look at this site, people attack me personally all the time, and almost no one gets banned here.

I banned you for dominating the forum with terribleness. I have done the same to limitles in the past, and he rarely attacks me.

Again, if I was anti-jsearles, I would leave you banned, and again most of the userbase would applaud me. Instead, I have a lot of people bitching at me for unbanning you, with some threatening to leave the forum because of it.

Finally, whether I like someone or hate them, I will always keep my word to them.

Even if I was holding money for MWH, I would be honest with his money.

I have spent 8 years building a reputation as a guy you can trust, and as someone who calls out shady people/companies in poker. I would not want to throw that away for the sake of grabbing your $500 for vegas1369.

If I were to break the terms of the escrow here, nobody would ever trust me again.

Perhaps fat Searles could provide a list of alternatives for people to hold his $500 if he is indeed serious about settling this.

Of course, 100% of the board knows that this will never take place so just give it a fucking rest.

The mere fact that we are even having this conversation means that I should not agree to you being the escrow holder. Maybe its a bad read, but I have to follow my gut on this one. Whats done is done and Todd will not be the escrow holder.

Now that thats solved, lets move on and actually try to settle this. Any suggestions for suitable escrow holders that we both could agree on?

Vegas had been refusing this whole time (which LOL he is getting a pass for). I hadnt really pondered it because I didnt think it was a possibility honestly.

If I made a massive bet off of this board that required escrow I would still look to him as an escrow for me...

^All people I have had positive transactions with and would give 5 star reports too and I would never require escrow if doing business with them, I have no idea if any of them have interest but I am sure the two of you can agree on one of those guys (These are not a vouches, the only personal vouche I will make is for PLOL and Pikachar)

I can probably add a half dozen more names to this list if need be.

Christ all mighty, already the bullshit starts. Just another stall tactic in a long line of stall tactics, angle shots and bullshit. There is no one more worthy of escrowing to than Druff. All the bullshit excuses this guy comes up with to not escrow to him are absolutely ludicrous. Already this is exactly what I was afraid of. Now not only will we have to discuss in length who we trust to judge this shit, but now who to escrow to, too. For me its either druff or nobody, I am not going to waste my time anymore discussing this crap. He has said numerous times he would escrow to druff. Now that I am willing to do so he finds more excuses as to why he can't. I'm sure now everyone sees this for the bullshit it is. I am still willing to escrow to druff to settle this. There is absolutely no legit reason to suggest anyone else other than to stall this shit further.
