I do agree with this...they need to make a 175 division or something. Just too many guys in between who kill themselves over a weight cut.

Frankie deserves honorable exclusion but yeah, even he has to ride the train now.

i liked gus at +275 and was hoping more money would go on cormier, but alas tis not to be. sitting this one out.
good start, way to choke a bitch
Sage Northcutt is this true?
These fucking retards at DraftKings. This shit pisses me off cause I had my lineup done around 2pm EST which included Lewis, Northcutt, and Namajunas who all have KOs atm which score big.

[Investigating] Tonight, we experienced a contest data issue in MMA, causing a fight included in tonight's MMA contests to start and conclude before our scheduled time tonight of 7pm ET. Because it started early, users were able to edit or change lineups in MMA with full knowledge of the results of that fight.
Given that the integrity of tonight's MMA games is impacted by this fight starting early, we have no choice but to cancel the MMA 7pm ET contests and refund all contest entries. This process is underway and refunds will be issued promptly this evening.
We understand the frustration this will cause for our players, and investigated several options, but ultimately determined that this is the only fair and equitable solution for our players. We will be doing a full investigation into the root cause of the start time data being off, and how to prevent this from happening again.
As our way of saying sorry, we will also be running a free-entry $10,000 MMA contest for the next MMA event in apology and appreciation for our MMA players.
We thank you in advance for your understanding and continued support.
I had Tumenov on DK as well so make that four KOs with one fight to go for me so I will say it again... FUCK YOU DRAFT KINGS!
The next/last fight in my lineup I probably lose but had to take a dog because I ran out of salary so I had to go with Daniel Hooker. If he somehow wins with a first round KO then FML even more.
It don't get more lopsided of a card then what tonight's prelims have been.
Tumenov is a monster - rly look forward to his next fight
lol draft kings

In case its not obvious, this is a literally legendary fight.
So far this fight is WAY better then I thought it would be.
shout out to gus's right knee
A judge giving that fight to Gus is at best, alarming.
Wow, epic face turn by DC in his post fight. I expected a heel promo. Didn't see that coming, amrite GambleBotSatire?
Imagine if DC lost a SD instead of winning it because he wanted to prove he could 'stand with the best'.
apparently jones training regiment now consists of him posting videos of himself shirtless and coked up, wandering around his own kitchen.

one odd thing last nite was how much Joe Rogan talked about EPO during the Bagautinov fight. they NEVER talk about steroid failures, but I guess EPO failures are fine to talk about?
also seriously i need the ronda rousey hype train to end. shes an olympic bronze medalist and the best fighter in a notoriously shitty weight division in a sport she only learned 4 years ago. but somehow the ufc hype juggernaught has convinced the reggaymer's of the world to vote her 'best female athlete' on espn's latest poll.
lets simmer it down nerd have you seen her turkey chili recipe ELITE and ive been chugging hemp plus waffles and shes bout that life so rouse rouse plays
Should be LOL. Get your lube ready you fan boys.

so weird that her husband would hels himself.
First of three articles on the UFC and its finances, from the highly underrated John Nash (@heynottheface on twitter) at BloodyElbow. Here's the tl;dr:
"According to UFC CEO Lorenzo Fertitta in an interview with ESPN, the company had paid "more than $250 million" to the fighters during that timeframe, a total that he claims would be "not far off what the other sports leagues pay as a percentage of revenue." With an estimated $1.839 billion in revenue generated from 2005-2011, $250 million in fighter wages would represent 13.6% of all revenue. If the amount paid out to the fighters was $300 million than the fighters' share of revenue would rise to 16.3%."
