I don't think Moore can possibly serve in the Senate at this point. Last I heard, Rand Paul was the only Senator who hadn't revoked his endorsement and the RNC has cut off all official funding. It seems like the plan now is to hope Moore gets elected, kick him out of the Senate 2 minutes after they swear him in, and replace him with Luther Strange per the Governor. Nobody has been kicked out of the Senate in like 150 years. Even if that plan works, it's still a debacle for them since they'll piss off both the evangelicals and the conspiritards.
