So far I have yet to have any "planned workouts" and have been on a calorie limit and feel I have been eating correctly but I can tighten that up a bit more.
Now that I have accomplished my goal of cutting my calories from a 50,000 per day to 2300 or less consistently, I will move on to phase 2 where I am going to cut my calorie intake back a bit more and add in some light exercise.

For two reasons, one you didn't even hit the pathetic low 15 pds. I thought you wouldn't hit (should have been 20+ btw minimum) and second over the last 7+days you managed 1.8 pds.
For the LAST time, drop your calories you food lovin shmuck or admit you are sand baggin it because no way you hit your goal on this pace, officially. You will never see a month of bigger losses again now for the rest of the bet.
What you should have done the day you weighed in was eat two bags of chips, drink a 2L of soda and artificially show a weight 10 pds heavier because son your going to need that cheat code.
