They tried outlawing saggy pants in Brevard County in 2012. Cocoa FL scrapped I believe, but Cocoa beach is looking to do it again among other places. Florida is broke and desperate for revenue raisers, so this is easy game for these pieces of dirt.

It is ludicrous, way above and beyond imo. Brevard county is already insane, the last thing these cops/judges need, is this easy angle of probable cause.
I think saggy pants are fucking stupid, but I wouldn't spend a second of my life being bothered by it, much less want to pass legislation banning it. If other people's fashion choices cause you distress, it's time to reevaluate your life.
