I just choose to do it at this stage of my life for peace of mind, which is longer story than I care to get into.

But for the record, a former academic colleague contacted me last September to ask me to apply for a tenure-track finance prof position where he has tenure so that he would be able to easily corral me to work on projects with him doing the heavy lifting re programming, analysis, and lit review. But the thought of dealing with those fucking students just made my stomach turn.

And a few months earlier, a friend of mine who works with a bank in Toronto contacted me to apply for a job as senior risk management analyst, and was willing to sculp the requirements for the position to have a good shot at convincing his boss(es) to hire me. Because he knows I have the skills and intelligence to do that job well, even if it took a few months to come up to speed on the industry specifics. But the thought of stepping back into the corporate bullshit arena -- especially dealing with super fucking arrogant bankers -- also turned my stomach.

So, yeah. I currently drive a big rig for a living. And enjoy the job and lifestyle quite nicely. (Thank you very much.)

But, hey! Let the numbskulls keep deluding themselves about the matter! It makes them feel better about themselves. And they probably need that.

    With that in mind...

I swear on my life after this post I will never post on this forum again until he's out of here. Or if you want his entertainment, that's also fine.

    This is fucking intolerable insanity.

I'm going to put you down myself, you fucking screaming deranged imbecile.

I'm not you. You are never going to be as linked as you are when you are the polar opposite of everything I have done and stood for and been a living, personal example of. THE LITERAL POLAR OPPOSITE. My murdered siblings are not "petty". Your screaming insanity ("my emotional feelings were hurt, life is so real sometimes") isn't petty. You're just fucking batshit.

You're so insane you can't recall things you've read. Your mind is just porous. You need to put yourself down.

dang digging into the Scooter/408 material now.

I think the only people who would believe the above are people who also believe that the earth is only 2000yrs old and evolution isn't real. But hey, at least this was one of your very rare funny post. Keep posting like this and maybe people won't think you're so horrible, just delusional.
Handicapme: How would you like to wager whether I have been a university-level finance prof, albeit untenured (e.g. visiting, assistantt), in a previous career life? And that I have graduate degrees in business/finance, i.e. an MBA and Ph.D., as well as have published (albeit co-authored) a few scholarly articles in finance and/of related fields? I don't want to take you for too much, so how does a $1,000 straight up sound? I say I do. You would seem to doubt such claims.

So, whataya say, champ? Ready to put some of your banker money against my currently-trucker cash?

I'm good. You could easily just grab someone who has a similar name to you. If you can prove this I will legit be impressed, but as a great risk manager you shouod know that there is little upside for me. I don't believe you and even if it is true, I don't believe you got the last 2 "job offers" you say you got. But pkease, go back to being horrible for the sake of being horrible.

    So GringoStar is DrkStar right?

One time can we get Bobby Wong back.
We pray for understanding as we all occasionally request back door action by accident, when we tried to call an electrician. It happens, it simply happens.

Im confused; if you have these credentials and experience, why do you post so much utter garbage?

Follow up question; why do you post so much utter garbage on a 3rd tier poker forum hate-site?
