The "No one gave a fuck about Cecil before he was killed" argument is pure bullshit.
Every time a child is killed, a woman is raped, or a family is murdered people care about it AFTER the fact, nobody knew about them before they became victims. They care because the crime that was committed is bullshit. You don't have to know the victim before it happens to be outraged about it.
