I'm extremely vigilant about the media influencing my perception and I cannot believe these demographics.
Add in the
410 mass shooting with no suspect, those are almost all inner city.

And that incentiive would motivate an liability insurance market for gun merchants, which in turn would marshall the considerable statistical analytical skills of insurance companies in developing screening methods to weed out the dangerous customers.

By that logic everybody who buys a car should be checked for a DUI or having a long driving record of infractions (Just a reminder DUIs and morons driving too fast are responsible for tens of thousands of deaths each year still). What do you think those Federal background checks are for to buy a firearm or pick one up from an FFL.. Half the time people who shouldve been flagged werent due to complete negligence or incompetence at the WV FBI database site which runs the federal firearms background check system.. Everybodys bitching about so called assault weapons like AR-15s when its literally a fact 75% of mass shootings in the FBI crime database are committed by handguns.
