    I got 50-1 from daly. Nobody laid 2-1. I already escrowed most of these bets so its either 0 or double what I bet total which includes money i put down. No different than buying an even money ticket in vegas. You get back double what you bet total but not getting 2-1 odds

    I think I misunderstood his post originally. I went back and reread the post and saw he said he already had posted his $4800 or whatever and would get back close to $10k. I assumed he meant profit, but since he posted, more likely closer to 1-1.


    I wasn't trying to play expert China, I simply had a number of surgeries over the course of 7 years that laid me up for prolonged periods of time. I'm the type who can easily put on 70lbs if inactive, so I've done this more than once, and was usually surprised how quickly it can be done. I was coming from a hundred pounds less than you, and it was still fairly simple. My biggest mistake was always too much cardio too quickly. I'd get pumped to get active again and would press the issue. Your body adjusts really fast and you find yourself having to reset the process multiple times. I learned after a few times how best to manipulate my metabolism was to ride out the lowest possible time commitment until it quit providing the desired result.
    Your plan was probably closest to what I’m going to do

Honestly your lack of how your body works id killing me inside, you lost 3.7 pds bwahahahahaha go drink a couple glasses of water and watch yourself put it right back on, no joke.

    Listen bright eyes, move your ass slowly to start and after I hear you are down 10+ then I believe you actually are starting to lose fat.

    Don’t weigh yourself more than once or twice a week.
    For a myriad of reasons, it’s a bad idea - one if the most important being that it leads to negative, obsessive thoughts. Focus on fitness and dietary goals, instead. Let’s say you’re following your plan but you weigh yourself daily. The scale shows either no weight loss or minimal loss for several days running. If you are only looking at the number on the scale at the end of the day (and not your overall progress at regaining control of your health) you’ll likely consider yourself a failure and throw in the towel. I get that you are trying to win a bet - but aren’t you also trying to feel better, live longer, etc?

    I give you a lot of credit for deciding to do this. There’s no doubt you’ll be 110% successful - as it appears you usually are in most things you do. GL China.

    This works for some people but not for me. I prefer to weigh myself every morning before I eat anything at roughly the same time to gage how my body is reacting to what I am doing and I will do this just about every day. I also am also weighing myself daily to update for people who have bets against me.

    Ya all of that will certainly help for sure. I used to drink a can or 2 of diet soda. I cut that out and all I am drinking is water now and coffee with a little bit of sugar free creamer and eventually just a little skim. I have cut out a huge portion of sugars and anything processed SO FAR but it has only been 2.5 days.
