Don’t weigh yourself more than once or twice a week.
For a myriad of reasons, it’s a bad idea - one if the most important being that it leads to negative, obsessive thoughts. Focus on fitness and dietary goals, instead. Let’s say you’re following your plan but you weigh yourself daily. The scale shows either no weight loss or minimal loss for several days running. If you are only looking at the number on the scale at the end of the day (and not your overall progress at regaining control of your health) you’ll likely consider yourself a failure and throw in the towel. I get that you are trying to win a bet - but aren’t you also trying to feel better, live longer, etc?
I give you a lot of credit for deciding to do this. There’s no doubt you’ll be 110% successful - as it appears you usually are in most things you do. GL China.
