They are expensive, but at a BBQ contest in June as a spectator, the pellet grilled meat was the best I had and there were over 10 I sampled. I still have my standard grill, but this is looking like a great alternative for a brisket or a porterhouse. Not ready yet for a full fledged pellet smoker, but I might upgrade if I can make this consistently work.
Guy should be a PFA member imo by the way.
