A good acquaintance of mine just hit, $1 million on "golden egg" scratch..

Mind you he works as a union carpenter and makes $1800/$2200 a week and spends 3,4,$500 a week on scratches..

He hit for 2k 2 weeks ago also..

I regularly see him with a hand full of $10/20 and $30 scratches regularly..

I see him with the $5 scratches occasionally but that's when he asks me for a cigarette and a dollar..

A ways back I would buy these $2 scratches that the jackpot was only $600 but the "schtick" was that it was loaded with $50,s and "tons" of jackpots..

I played everyday.. generally in the morning with my coffee on the way to the train....

Played for months UNTILL the run ended..

I for one would lower all tax bracket,s significantly and close all loopholes even charities..
