The abs guy probably isn't photoshopped. However, he was probably on roids, much like that gay guy in NY who got coronavirus and also experienced a huge decline in weight and muscularity. Similar age, similar muscle tone, similar quick disappearance of the muscles after the corona. A lot of muscular dudes over 40 are doing roids because they quickly grew frustrated with the slow rate of muscle build from exercise alone.
