The only way to stop this kind of prosecutorial misconduct is to have in the criminal code that these crooked attys be subject to being thrown in jail for similar length of time meaning if you cause soembody to go to prison by using fabricated evidence and or withholding evidence deliberately they can be sent to prison for extended time themselves. You have to make the punishment so harsh the risk to get a conviction by cheating isn’t worth it. This isn’t justice being served when this shit happens and our forefathers would roll over in their graves from the corruption that seems all too commonplace in criminal justice anymore. These prosecutors are putting their fingers on the scales who do this crap and it needs to stop.
