He should bring back the Cosby show but instead of it being about his family, he will give out dating advice.

I love how Bill looks SMUG and is smirking on the left, but remorseful, regretful, rueful, and guilty on the right....
Karen, considering he's just out of prison, would you take pity and throw some booty Bill's way or would he have to drug you?

He doesn't deserve the release, but I understand it from a legal standpoint.

They agreed to not prosecute him in exchange for testimony in the civil case, and then they turned around and prosecuted him anyway.

From what I can see, the legal ruling is correct.

Dude definitely deserved to spend the rest of his life in prison, though.

As I pointed out on Twitter the prosecutor deserved to be kicked in the nuts for what he did. He literally ignored the legal agreement written by his predecessor a few yrs prior. All they had to do was collect evidence on one or more cases where the agreement didn’t apply instead the lazy ass took the easy way out using testimony which essentially was covered as a 5th amendment immunity type situation. The victims need to be mad as hell at the prosecutors for doing what they did. And yes we all know he’s a dirty nasty predator that’s not going away. He’s going to live out his days essentially in exile. He didn’t even say a peep at the press conference which was smart. But this was totally avoidable. Some poker lawyers chimed in on how bad this whole thing was in fact. The court got it right whether folks like it or not unfortunately but it was totally avoidable had the prosecutor not been such a lazy POS

there was no written legal agreement.

Weird how you missed that point that was brought up in just about every story in the last few days about this.

Yes, he should have gotten the agreement to not prosecute in writing, but a deal is a deal. Epstein made a similar deal.

The decision overturning his conviction is correct IMHO. He actually could sue for wrongful or malicious prosecution (whatever the local term of art is) and make some $$$$ and perhaps recoup his attorney fees. Plus, now comes the Book Deal and Movie Rights.

Jeffrey Epstein and Donald Trump are guilty.

But how many rich white men go to prison?

I doubt this, but it would be fucking classic if he went full OJ.

Hey guy who gets everything wrong all the time, there was no written legal agreement.

Weird how you missed that point that was brought up in just about every story in the last few days about this. Or par for the course, I guess.
Hate to take issue with you Crowe but theres no way in fucking hell the Penn Courts wouldve taken some promise not to prosecute supposedly as Cosby claimed as a valid verbal contract.. There's paperwork somewhere otherwise this never gets overturned.. Irregardless of what the moronic leftist media reports or fails to.. I have about zero percent faith in the media reporting something honestly.. The courts don't take decisions like this lightly and claiming it was on a whim without proof to overturn a sexual assault conviction is moronic at best.. Give it time the paperwork is going to show up..
